2 · Service status
The Vigilatum product is currently in the private beta phase. The commercial offer published on the site is for information purposes only: places are limited, and the conditions, prices and service indicators (availability, response times) may change before general release.
3 · Intellectual property
The contents of the site (texts, images, design, the Vigilatum brand, product screenshots and the code of the public front end) are the property of Vigilatum or of their respective owners and are protected by Spanish and international law. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorisation is prohibited, except for normal browsing use.
4 · Third-party trademarks
The trademarks, trade names or logos of third parties mentioned on the site (internet providers, hardware manufacturers, platforms such as WhatsApp or Slack, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.
5 · Limitation of liability
The content of the site is provided in good faith but without any express or implied warranties. Vigilatum accepts no liability for interpretations of its content as a contractual commitment; the applicable contractual terms are those set out in the Terms of service signed with each customer.
6 · Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Vigilatum processes each customer’s network data on that customer’s behalf, so a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed with each customer, as required by Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. It covers which data is processed, for what purpose, how long it is kept and what happens to it when the service ends.

7 · Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence (where applicable) or, failing that, to those of Barcelona.
