Can Vigilatum see my clients’ tax data?
No. It monitors how the network responds, not what travels over it: it does not open emails, documents or the accounts.
Will it alert me if the government’s e-services portal is not responding?
Yes, if you add it: its address is added like any other web page. Vigilatum does not know what happens inside the public body, but it can confirm that your connection was working and that the service was not responding, with the exact time.
I already have an IT person. Does this replace them?
