Does it work with any medical records software?
Yes. Vigilatum does not connect to your software or ask you for passwords: it monitors the connection the software depends on, so it does not matter which one your centre uses.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The data is hosted in the European Union, there is a data processing agreement ready to sign, and Vigilatum does not access medical records, reports or emails. Security and privacy.
Does the centre’s setup need to be changed?
No. A program is installed on a computer that is already switched on in the clinic, in a few minutes. Neither the router nor the centre’s security configuration is changed.
